Policing Performance Framework
This document sets out the key measures used to track progress towards the strategic outcomes from the Joint Strategy for Policing and Annual Police Plan. It also includes equality measures linked to our Joint Equality Outcomes, and identifies areas that will be benchmarked against other forces to help assess performance and share best practice.
Monitoring Performance
The measures included in the above Performance Framework are reported on throughout the year in a range of different summary reports and more detailed spreadsheets, all of which are published publicly. Here we provide links to a number of these reports and supporting information.
Annual Review of Performance
The Authority makes an annual assessment around the performance of policing in Scotland. A range of sources of evidence and assessments inform the annual review which features in the performance section of the Authority's Annual Report and Accounts. You can find our latest assessment here.
