This report provides members of the People Committee with an update on Strategic Workforce Planning. 

The paper provides an update on the progress of the Strategic Workforce Plan which since publication, has seen significant work to progress in managing the resource bids and progressing the workstreams. National Workstreams are reported on; Remote and Rural Recruitment and Retention, Rank Ratio, Modified Duties, Operational Base Levels, Workforce Mix, Staff Availability, Annual Leave and Shift Patterns Review.
