Legal Implications
The responsibility of the SPA to prepare and publish a Corporate Parenting Plan is outlined in the Children and Young People Act 2014. The SPA will report on progress of the Plan every three years through completion of the Scottish Government Corporate Parenting Survey to inform the National Report.
