Background
The SPA has a statutory duty to agree its annual budget for the coming financial year (2024-25) before the end of the current financial year (31 March 2024).
The Scottish Government 2024-25 draft budget was announced on 19 December 2023 and the 2024-25 Scottish Budget Bill was passed by MSPs in February 2024.
Details of the 2024-25 budget requirement and agreed funding are included in the draft budget report at Appendix A.
