Background
The SPA has a statutory duty to agree its annual budget for the coming financial year (2023/24) before the end of the current financial year (31 March 2023).
The Scottish Government 2023/24 draft budget was announced on 15 December 2022 and the 2023/24 Scottish Budget Bill was passed by MSPs in February 2023.
Details of the 2023/24 budget requirement and agreed funding are included in the draft budget report at appendix A.
