This report provides members of the Scottish Police Authority with an overview of the Scheme of Financial Delegation.  

The purpose of this report is to ask members to make a recommendation to the Authority to approve the proposed amendments to the Police Scotland Scheme of Financial Delegation. This review covers the body of the document and the authorisation table to reflect SPFM, SPA current limits and governance framework and to align it to the new Purchase to Pay (P2P) practices. The review has not actively questioned the operational suitability of the given financial limits.
