Consultation
The draft procedures were shared for consultation purposes with partners including recognised trade unions, the PIRC, the Scottish Chief Police Officers Staff Association (SCPOSA) and Police Scotland with further amendments being made thereafter to incorporate feedback received.
No changes were proposed to the current version of the overarching SPA Complaints Policy.
The revised procedures are attached as Appendix A to this paper.
