BACKGROUND
The attached report is the first of its kind since the publication of the People Strategy 2024-2027 and the Strategic Workforce Plan 2024-2027 following endorsement at SPA People Committee on 14 November 2023 and approval at SPA Board on 30 November 2024.
This report has taken various formats; however, the new style is designed to assure Members that all pertinent people issues have been identified and are being managed from a strategic perspective. It also ensures that Police Scotland is focusing on the issues that have been identified and included in their plans.
