Update Pillars 2-4
Discovery work remains ongoing within these pillars. Pillars 2 and 3 commenced in April 2023. Pillar 4 commenced in May 2023. The same methodology applied to Pillar 1 is being used, with a focus on the same LPDs as the rationale remained relevant.
The vast majority of user research with officers and staff has been completed along with observations within various teams and roles. Significant work has been undertaken to develop process maps from the perspective of both police process and victim experience.
An External Research Insights Document is being prepared which documents all insights that have been gathered from existing research, previous reviews and recommendations, and Academic Research. This will ensure that a holistic and in-depth picture is obtained whilst reducing the need for repetition.
