Implications
There are no direct resource implications, however, consultation will be required internally and externally as Equality Outcomes for 2025-2029 are developed.
The confidence of our officers/staff, partners and the public is likely to be positively impacted by this work being successfully delivered.
The social implications are recognised in the Community Impact and Environmental Implications sections.
There is known public interest in relation to elements of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, therefore there could be public interest in this work.
Embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion activities into planning and performance supports mainstreaming and will have a positive impact on equality.
