Equalities Implications
An EQHRIA was completed at the inception of ‘The Plan’ and no equalities implications were identified. The methodology being adopted is consistent with the principles of United Nations Convention on the Rights of Child (UNCRC) but this will be reviewed in line with ongoing planning for incorporation of this legislation, with consideration of a Child’s Rights Impact Assessment.
