About Levenmouth – Call Demand Data
Encouragingly, the level of calls have predominantly reduced in Levenmouth in 2023.
Antisocial behaviour calls have reduced with the lowest level of calls in the past few years with a
4% decrease compared to the 2022 figure. The 2023 level is still above the local authority and national rate
for antisocial behaviour.
Crime related calls have risen slightly and remain higher than Fife and national levels. In Fife, there
has been a continued increase since 2018. At a national level, crime related calls in 2023 are at their highest since 2019
Personal safety calls in Levenmouth in 2023 remain at the same number as in 2022 and have continued to increase since 2020. Call demand numbers for Fife and nationally have also seen increases over the past few years. However, 2023 figures for Levenmouth, Fife and Scotland are significantly less than 2018 and 2019.
Public welfare calls have remained low and are only slightly higher than the Fife and national average where call levels at these levels have increased in the past couple of years compared to the local level.
Traffic related calls remain consistently lower in Levenmouth compared to the Fife and national level.
