Report Summary
This report provides members of the Scottish Police Authority with an overview of Independent Review of Complaints Handling, Investigations and Misconduct Issues in relation to Policing.
The main purpose of this paper is to highlight those recommendations in the final report of the Independent Review of Complaints Handling which are directly applicable to the SPA; and to explain the means by which
these are to be implemented.
