This report provides members of the Policing Performance Committee with an overview of the custody recommendations of HMICS & SPA Independent Custody Visitors Service .
The purpose of this paper is to provide an updated progress report on all outstanding HMICS recommendations from 2018/ 2019 Inspections and key issues highlighted within the ICVS Annual report 2019/20.
