Senior Management Team portfolios
With the changes in the Forensic Services Management Team over the past year, portfolios have been agreed with the Heads of Function. Helen Haworth is Head of Acquisitive Crime, Alastair Patience, Head of Serious Crime, Paul Stewart is Head of National Services, and Sam Curran is Operational Implementation.
The Heads of Function work closely with Joanne Tierney, Head of Change & Development, who all report directly into Vicki Morton, Forensic Services Chief Operating Officer.
