Performance Framework
The updated Forensic Services Performance Framework is published today (Item 3.2) following extensive discussions with members of the Forensic Services Committee and SPA Corporate colleagues at a meeting earlier this month.
The Q2 Performance Report (Item 3.3) reflects this updated framework and we will continue to work with the Forensic Services Committee to improve the performance reporting. While the report demonstrates strong performance across most areas of Forensic Services, it also shows that work needs to be done to improve the
timeliness across Forensic Services.
