Forensic Services continue to move ahead with delivering the New Operating Model and the majority of our people have now transitioned to their new contracts and role profiles to reflect the target operating model structure.
There are interim managers and alignment of teams in place while recruitment concludes. One of the key benefits from the flexibility the New Operating Model will be to deliver improved timeliness performance across Forensic Services.
