I am enquiring about the level of training delivered to frontline police officers, particularly at entry level, to facilitate and assist those affected by conditions of neurodiversity - particularly Autism and ADHD. Many of these individuals have exacerbating co-conditions such as a learning disability, or pathological oppositional disorder, which may not be immediately obvious to the attending police officers but will have a profound effect on their response to police intervention.
A brief comment regarding how this is addressed would be very much appreciated.
