Request

On 24 February 2025 you made a request for information to the Scottish Police Authority.

“Bearing in mind that Scotland has the British Irish Council and therefore aware of the Good Friday Agreement, under FOI, please advise how many British citizens have been deported from Northern Ireland to Scotland since 2021 and how the Authority deals with these victims of abuse of their Human Rights.”

In response to your request the Authority advised that it did not hold information.

On 25 February 2025 you asked the Authority to review this decision.
