“I am writing for a freedom of information request in relation to a road traffic incident in which I was a victim.
I am seeking to be provided with a transcript of the events and all communications which formed the action taken on Friday 13th September 2024 in Inverness as part of the vehicle pursuit and subsequent road traffic collision involving 3 vehicles. The police incident reference number I have been provided is [PS incident number]. I am looking for any information of vehicles involved, officers involved and all communication prior to the pursuit commencing, during the pursuit and post collision.”
