Request

Can I please have a copy of the Island Impact assessment carried out for the SPA Estates strategy with particular regard to police housing in remote and rural areas?

In addition can I have a copy of the Island Impact Assessment in relation to the soon to be implemented policy of charging occupancy fees for officers in police housing in islands?

The SPA is a statutory authority listed in the Islands (Scotland) Act 2018 as such an impact assessment should have been completed in relation to policy and actions that affect service delivery to island communities.

If no assessment has been carried out, can you reply with a reason why this has not been carried out?
