Report Summary

Issued 19 February 2024, this FOI response advises that information on the arrests/charges/prosecutions of individuals in possession of nitrous oxide with intent to supply is not held by the Scottish Police Authority. Advice is provided that Police Scotland and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscals Service (COPFS) may hold information.
