Issued 24 January 2024, this FOI response confirms that statements of payments above £25,000 for the periods specified is not held by the Scottish Police Authority. Advice is provided that Police Scotland may hold information as the finance function provides work of this nature to the Authority.

Thank you for providing information on your entity's spending at this page.
However, I'm unable to find any details on the transactions made by your entity prior to April 2020 or since March 2023.
Therefore, I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for all of your entity's payments above £25,000 for January 2016 to March 2020 and April 2023 to December 2023.
Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.
