Response
Firstly, we would refer to a previous FOI response 2023/24-068 issued to you which provides some of the information requested in your correspondence of 10 January, see Appendix 1.
Other information held is provided at the end of this response. Some information has been redacted, as this is third party personal data, considered to be exempt in terms of the Act.
This exemption is absolute and therefore does not require the application of the public interest test. Whilst you may have a legitimate interest in disclosure of this information, it is our view that those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
The Authority considers information held which forms part of personnel files to be exempt in terms of the Act, as to disclose this would be a breach of confidence.
These exemptions are absolute and do not require the application of the public interest test. Whilst you may have a legitimate interest in disclosure of this information, it is our view that those interests are overridden by the rights of employees and office holders to confidential discussions in respect of their employment.
