How many vehicles do Police Scotland have that are out with the new LEZ rules in Glasgow.
To be clear, I realise that some or all of the vehicles may or may not be exempt which I understand. The question is how many vehicles that police scotland have do not meet the LEZ compliancy regardless of any exemptions
