Issued 20 April 2023, this FOI response advises that information on statistics for driving related convictions is not held by the Scottish Police Authority. Advice is provided that Police Scotland may hold information.


Response

The Scottish Police Authority provides governance and oversight of policing in Scotland and does not hold information on operational policing matters such as recorded crime statistics.

Information may be available by contacting Police Scotland, as the constabulary responsible for policing across Scotland. Information on how to make a request to Police Scotland is available at –
