Response
The Authority does not hold the information you have requested. Therefore, this represents a notice in terms of Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
On Thursday 9 September 2021, the Authority and Police Scotland hosted a live, virtual roundtable discussion to bring together key partners and academics to consider the policing of protests connected with COP26. The event was available to view online by members of the public and is still available at the following link: https://livestream.com/spa/cop26policing
Ninety people registered for the event in advance through the EventBrite platform. However, no list of attendees was recorded on the day and the event was broadcast via Livestream, an open platform, which does not retain personal information in relation to those who viewed, either during the event, or afterwards
The Welcome Pack for the event is publicly accessible and lists the Event Moderator, and all speakers and panel members who attended all, or part, of the event.
Also to assist, organisations that were potentially represented based on advanced registrations are provided in Appendix 1. However, we would highlight that we cannot confirm if all organisations listed actually attended the live broadcast as this information is not held.
