Therefore this represents a notice in terms of Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
By way of explanation, whilst some estates issues are considered by the Authority and its Resources and Legal committees (for which the agendas and papers for public sessions are published on our website in advance[1]), the management and delivery of the estates function is delegated to Police Scotland which holds related information.
