SEMPER Scotland

SEMPER Scotland is the staff association that exists to support and represent all minority ethnic officers and staff in policing on issues of equality in race.

As part of our regular engagement arrangements, the Chief Executive and I met with SEMPER in July to discuss a range of issues including data on the demographics of our workforce and feedback on recent promotions processes. I am grateful to SEMPER for their continued efforts and constructive dialogue on these important issues.
