LEGAL IMPLICATIONS
There may be legal implications if the recommendations presented in the assurance reviews are not addressed to comply with the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner’s Code of Practice.
REPUTATIONAL IMPLICATIONS
Reputational issues may arise in the situation that the recommendations outlined in each of the assurance reviews are not met.
