Coaching
The Leadership and Talent Team are in the process of creating a Coaching Framework including solutions to create a coaching culture.
The procurement process to secure an Executive Coaching Contract has completed with Taylor Clarke being appointed as the provider and an initial meeting took place in January to progress the working relationship.
