Chief Inspectors Programme
The Leadership & Talent Team is currently conducting a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify whether there are specific learning needs for new Chief Inspectors. A number of focus groups and 1-2-1 interviews have been undertaken, with further focus groups and 1-2-1s taking place in January and February 2023 to develop deeper insights.
