This will be led by Police Scotland, with support from Authority staff, with comparisons in different areas of focus reported to Policing Performance Committee as part of existing performance and operational reports.

This reporting will focus on what can be learned from other forces performing well in specific areas, to inform continuous improvement. Benchmarking measures will be identified in each refresh of the annual Performance Framework.
