There are legal implications in this report. The implementation of the Environmental Strategy aims to meet Police Scotland and Scottish Police Authority’s legislative responsibilities under the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.

There are reputational implications should Police Scotland and Scottish Police Authority fail to reduce our environmental impact as set out in the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.
