The Scottish Police Authority (SPA) approved on 30 June 2021 updated and enhanced financial regulations for the Authority.
The financial regulations are a core part of the Authority's corporate governance framework. Their purpose is to set out all financial rules that the Authority expects: SPA Corporate, Forensic Services and Police Scotland to comply with. It also sets out the delegation and approval limits for financial decision making.
